Order Processing Time
Due to COVID-19, please expect some shipping delays. We strive to process all orders within 7 business days of purchase via the method selected at check out. Please allow for additional processing time during sale events. Once an order has been placed, there will be no changes made to the order.

All sales are final and sold "as is" in the disclosed new or preloved condition.
It is our goal to exceed the expectations of all Closet Savvy customers. That said, we are very happy to accommodate all clients with the purchase of our Savvy Levi's jeans and shorts. We understand that is often challenging to find the perfect fit on the first try! To return your Savvy Levi's, you'll need to cover the cost of shipping back to our boutique with a note that includes your name, order number, and telephone number. Upon receipt, you will receive a one-time use store credit for the amount paid for the merchandise (less the shipping) to be used towards another purchase of greater or equal value.
Please note: We must receive your returned item to 37 Maiden Lane, Newark, NJ 07102, within 7 days of delivery.
Curb-side Pick Up
We are now offering curb-side pick up on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 12pm-5pm. In order to pick up your order, you must select "PICKUP" as the delivery method at checkout. All orders must be placed via the website. This is an opportunity to pick up orders placed online. The store will NOT be open for shopping or trying on merchandise.
Please note, all orders are still subject to the 7 day processing time, unless stated in the product description. If you are ordering multiple items, please note that all items will not be available in 24 (i.e custom sweatshirts).
